Backup settings

You can set to back up at a scheduled time, and set to keep the backup file in the storage device.


Schedule backups at specified times
--------------------------------------------------------------------

#. Go to **Admin > Settings** in the top panel.
#. Go to **Backup** in the left preferences panel.
#. Set whether to perform backup to **On** for backup scheduling.
#. To repeat the backup, specify the **Daily at**.
#. Specifies the **Space Threshold** to ensure the minimum space required for the backup.
#. Click the **Update** button.

Configure storage type
--------------------------------------------------------

#. Go to **Admin > Settings** in the top panel.
#. Go to **Backup** in the left preferences panel.
#. Locate Storage and select the appropriate **Repository Type** from the drop-down.
#. Click the **Update** button.

     - Transfer the backup file through SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). (For security, it is recommended to perform encryption/decryption based on SSH)
