Using Information Collection Consent Page During User Account Registration
In Genian NAC, when registering a user account through the CWP page, you can display terms and conditions for personal information collection and obtain user consent for the personal information entered.
Configuring User Consent Page
Set the content of the consent page to be displayed to the user. The user information page is divided into terms and conditions to display to the user and information collection items to configure the information to be collected from the user.
- Go to Preferences in the top panel.
- In the left Captive Web Portal menu, go to Consent Page > Privacy Policy.
- In Select Tasks, click Create.
- Assign Terms and Conditions Content and Collected Information, then click Create.
Configuring User Account Registration and User Consent Page
To register a user account on the CWP page, you must enable the user registration function.
- Go to Policy in the top panel.
- Go to Node Policy in the left menu.
- Click the ID in the node policy.
- In the Authentication Policy section, set User Account Request to ON and Consent Page to ON.
- Click the Update button.
- Click Apply Change Policy at the top right of the screen.
