Presetting IP management
=========================

To use the IP Application System and IP Management features, the following items must be pre-configured.

1. Pre-Configuring the IP Application System
----------------------------------------

To use the IP Application System, the following items must be configured in advance at a minimum:

2. Pre-Configuring the IP Management Function
---------------------------------------

To use the IP Management function, you must pre-configure the **IP Management** section of the network sensor and **Settings > Preferences > IP Management > IPM Policy**.
