Configuring Guest Management ============================== Genian NAC can create temporary Guest Accounts for authorized visitors and manage them. Administrators can Specify whether to disable or delete an expired Guest Account. Guest Accounts may be created by the Administrator or requested by the user. This guide will help you to add or delete a Guest Account as an Administrator. Add Guest Account as an Administrator -------------------------------------- An Administrator can create new Guest Accounts and set the ID and Password for guest. #. Go to **Management > User** in the top panel #. Click **Tasks > Add User** #. Go to **General > Purpose** and choose **Guest Account** #. Click ``Save`` How to Configure Expired Guest Account Options -------------------------------------------------- An Administrator can Specify whether to disable or delete an expired User Account. #. Go to **Preferences** in the top panel #. Go to **Properties > Purpose > User** in the left Policy panel #. Click a **GUEST** in the list #. Go to **Options > Approval Options > Expired Account Options** #. Choose **Disable Account** or **Delete Account** #. Click ``Update`` Remove Guest Account ----------------------- #.
