New Features and Improvements

- Added function to send NAC audit records in CEF format when sending them to
  Syslog(#13772)

- [Windows Agent] Fixed an issue where the window disappeared when the policy
  was reapplied while the authentication window or authentication pop-up was
  displayed(#21604)
- [Windows Agent] Fixed an issue where the image of the dialog displayed
  through the system control plug-in was cut off when the magnification setting
  was changed to a value other than 100% in the display settings of the
  PC(#21332)
- [macOS Agent] Fixed an issue where the agent authentication window popped up
  intermittently in macOS authentication status (#21307)
