SSH Login Failed

Symptom
-------

SSH connection attempt fails with "Connection refused" message

Cause
-----

- For security reasons, SSH connection is only allowed from designated IP addresses.
- If there is no IP address in the setting, the connection will not be established.

Resolution
----------

Add Approved SSH Source IP

 #. Go to System in the top panel.
 #. Click the desired appliance’s IP Address.
 #. Click the Appliance tab.
 #. Put into the IP Address in Approved SSH Source IP 1 or 2.
 #. Click Update.
 #. Check if SSH connection is available.
