Configuring Guest Management
Genian ZTNA can create temporary Guest Accounts for authorized visitors and manage them. Administrators can Specify whether to disable or delete an expired Guest Account. Guest Accounts may be created by the Administrator or requested by the user.
This guide will help you to add or delete a Guest Account as an Administrator.
Add Guest Account as an Administrator
An Administrator can create new Guest Accounts and set the ID and Password for guest.
Go to Management > User in the top panel
Click Tasks > Add User
Go to General > Purpose and choose Guest Account
Click
Save
How to Configure Expired Guest Account Options
An Administrator can Specify whether to disable or delete an expired User Account.
Go to Preferences in the top panel
Go to Properties > Purpose > User in the left Policy panel
Click a GUEST in the list
Go to Options > Approval Options > Expired Account Options
Choose Disable Account or Delete Account
Click
Update
Remove Guest Account
Go to Management > User in the top panel
Find User and click Checkbox
Click Tasks > Remove User
Click Ok
