Managing Users through User Request Forms
In the Genian NAC system, you can use user authentication through an administrator's approval process by creating a request form to apply for user accounts managed by the system itself.
Prerequisites for Using User Request Form
- Create User Request Purpose ( Setting Property Values for User Purposes )
- Configure User Request Usage ( Using User Registration Page )
Approving/Rejecting User Request Form
Administrators can review registered user Request forms and perform approval or rejection.
- In the top panel, go to Management > Request.
- In the left User Account Request menu, select Request.
- In the right User Account Request List, click the Number to check Request Details.
- At the bottom of the request details, click either Approve or Reject.

- For automatic approval of user Requests, please refer to Instant Approval of User Account Request.
- For email approval of user Requests, please refer to Approve User Accounts via Email.
Checking User Request Form Processing Results
You can check the administrator's approval or rejection results for Requests.
- In the top panel, go to Management > Request.
- In the left User Request menu, select Result Inquiry.

If you click the Number in the processing results list, you can check the detailed item information of the Request form.
