Checking Custom Reports

Custom reports can be arbitrarily generated and viewed for four items: queries, nodes, logs, and dashboards.

1. Checking Node Reports

Unlike node reports automatically generated when creating existing node groups, you can create node reports by adding the following four conditions:

Additional Condition Description
Total Nodes Generates a report on the total number of nodes included in the node group (same information as node reports).
Active Nodes Generates a report on the number of nodes whose operating status is UP among those included in the node group.
Agent Installed Nodes Generates a report on the number of nodes with agents installed among those included in the node group.
Active Agent Nodes Generates a report on the number of nodes with agents installed whose operating status is UP among those included in the node group.

2. Checking Dashboard Reports

Provides reports of the dashboard screen, which shows NAC status, as PDF files per tab.

3. Checking Log Reports

Provides reports in Excel (xlsx) and CSV (comma-separated values) text data file formats based on existing log filters.

4. Checking Query Reports

Provides reports in Excel (xlsx, xls) and CSV (comma-separated values) text data file formats for the results of queries (SQL) performed by the administrator on the database provided by NAC.

Note

  1. The account performing queries for query reports is a separate report account, not root, so permissions are restricted.
  2. For table information that can be queried, please refer to Query Report Searchable Table Information.
