Checking User Status
In Management > Users, you can check the status of user account information registered in NAC, organized by department and job title.
1. Checking Overall User Status
In Management > Users > All Users, you can check all user accounts created using NAC user registration or external synchronization functions.
2. Checking User Status by Department
In Management > Users > All Users > By Department, the status is displayed based on the department to which the user account belongs. With additional options, you can check the user account status including sub-departments.

3. Administrator Settings for User Accounts
Administrators can manage registered user accounts using the following commands:

Enforce Password Change Setting | Forcibly configures password change application for user accounts. | |
Enforce Password Change Setting (Issue Temporary Password) | Forcibly configures password change application after initializing password to a temporary password. | |
Change Expiration Time | Sets the expiration time for which user authentication can be performed. | |
Change to Normal Status | Sets user accounts in disabled status to be changed to normal status. | |
Change to Disabled Status | Sets user accounts in normal status to be changed to disabled status. |
