Checking User Status

In Management > Users, you can check the status of user account information registered in NAC, organized by department and job title.

1. Checking Overall User Status

In Management > Users > All Users, you can check all user accounts created using NAC user registration or external synchronization functions.

2. Checking User Status by Department

In Management > Users > All Users > By Department, the status is displayed based on the department to which the user account belongs. With additional options, you can check the user account status including sub-departments.

3. Administrator Settings for User Accounts

Administrators can manage registered user accounts using the following commands:

Export	Downloads all user account information to the administrator's endpoint as an Excel or CSV file.
User Registration	An administrator manually registers user accounts.
Delete User	Deletes registered user accounts.
User Tag Settings	Configures tags for user accounts.	Node Tag Assignment
Assign User Group	Sets selected user accounts to be included as a condition in a specific user group	Configuring User Group Details
Set User Purpose	Configures the purpose of selected user accounts to be changed to a specific user purpose.	Setting Property Values for User Purposes
Authentication Limit Settings	Configures restriction items for user accounts.	Viewing and Modifying User Account Settings
Enforce Password Change Setting	Forcibly configures password change application for user accounts.
Enforce Password Change Setting (Issue Temporary Password)	Forcibly configures password change application after initializing password to a temporary password.
Change Expiration Time	Sets the expiration time for which user authentication can be performed.
Change to Normal Status	Sets user accounts in disabled status to be changed to normal status.
Change to Disabled Status	Sets user accounts in normal status to be changed to disabled status.
