Agent Plugin Update

You can update individual agent plugin files by uploading them through the Web UI.

Note

Please request individual plugin files from the Genians Technical Support Center.

  1. Go to System in the top panel.
  2. In the left Update Management menu, select Software > Agent Plugin.
  3. In the Select Action menu, select Upload Plugin.
  4. Click the Choose File button to select the plugin file to upload (extension: gpf).
  5. Click Upload.

Checking Agent Plugin Version Information

Check the installed agent plugin version through the software information on the endpoint.

Note

When uploading agent plugins individually, you can verify whether the update was successfully performed via software information.

  1. Go to Management > Node in the top panel.
  2. Click the IP of the Node to check software information.
  3. Select the Software Information tab.
  4. In the top right of the Software Information window, set Include Agent Information.
  5. Check the installed agent and plugin information.
